Ramesh did his graduation in Bangalore and his post-graduation in Bangalore and Houston USA. Is an EXCEL graduate of the JCI University USA.
The Trainer
He has been one of the most celebrated trainers in India in the past forty years. His ability to create new programs has helped programs like NALANDA and ABLE become JCI India's most sought after programs. His programs like Wealth Optimizing Workshop (WOW) CEO Summit, TYKOONZ, Winning through Networking Strategies (WINS), Dare to Dream, Trade Optimizing Training (TROT) Romancing the Customer, Customer Devo Bhava, Kautilya, NAYAKA have only underscored his creativity and effectiveness.
As a professional mentor, He helped 144 clients in 18 years achieve unprecedented success. In Rupee terms, his clients have earned hundreds of crores in this period.
His annual holidays have been to some destination abroad the past twelve years and every time he has taken a few businessmen along with him, adding to their wealth.
The Writer
Ramesh has written "The Making of the President", "Trainers' Digest", "Effective Communication", "Speechcraft" for JCI India. His book, "The Monday Morning Mantra" was released a few years back.
The Jaycee
Is an honorary member of JCI Bangalore Garden city. Was the National President of Indian Jaycees, the Indian affiliate of Junior Chamber International USA, in 1988. His national program "Self Employment Endeavour" provided over Rs.10 crore loans to more than 16,000 beneficiaries all over India that year. The grateful organisation has bestowed on him the JCI Senatorship.
The Businessman
Along with training, he has pursued a career in business. Has established many offbeat businesses, built a brand around them and sold them for profit. On an average he has changed his business every six years.
Few years back, Ramesh started a unique program, TYKOONZ, for small and medium businessmen. The year long program had a unique combination of training, group therapy and mentoring to help all the sixteen participants per batch to achieve exponential growth in their business, social and personal life. Five batches were conducted. Ninety five participants' lives got completely changed due to this unique program.
Ramesh is the chairman and founder director of a new business leadership organisation called KONNECT. The organisation whose vision is to establish and nurture ethical businesses all over the world has already attracted local leaders from 63 communities in India.
The Man
Is known as a perfectionist in whatever he does and is highly disciplined. Is married to Myna who is an importer and distributor of Garden products in Bangalore. The couple have been blessed with a daughter, Diva. He loves meeting people, listens to music often, cooks very creatively most evenings at home.
