This is a first of its kind initiative for India. As professional Mentors, we offer one on one coaching to our Protégés comprising CEOs, Business owners, Professionals, Senior Personnel. The need based coaching covers all areas of corporate, business and social life and is designed to help Protégés achieve their life goals faster and with lesser effort. Areas covered include Goal clarification, Leadership, Team Building, Grooming, Communication, Negotiations, Problem Solving, Brand Building, Social Leadership, Business expansion, Pan India presence, Family counselling among others.

As distinct from counselling or training, Mentoring involves just two people, the Mentor and the Protégé, and is completely confidential. The Mentor acts as a coach, counsellor, supporter, motivator, solution facilitator, and critic while helping his Protégé not only in finding solutions to problems but also assisting him in implementing them with his own contacts in the business and social world.

A mentoring support panel consisting of experts in Income Tax, Finance, Investment, Legal Matters, Retail management and Nutrition is also available to address technical problems.

Mentoring assignments are taken up after a detailed needs analysis. Mentoring sessions are for a pre-determined period from twelve weeks to a year. They are not subject or area based but are goal based in nature.
